Welcome to June Audio Recording Studios. By accessing our website, booking a session, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Services

Our recording and studio services are provided by appointment only. Using our website or submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • All studio time must be booked in advance.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid cancellation fees.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to full charges for the reserved time.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, ACH, or other approved methods.

  • For long-format or multiple-day bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the session.

4. SMS Communication & Consent

By submitting your contact information or booking a session, you consent to receive automated text messages from June Audio Recording Studios. These may include:

  • Booking confirmations and reminders

  • Studio availability notifications

  • Occasional promotional offers

Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.

We use Twilio and other trusted providers to deliver these messages.

5. Ownership of Recordings

All intellectual property rights of the content you record remain yours. June Audio Recording Studios does not claim ownership of your music, files, or recorded material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Studio Conduct & Liability

Clients are expected to treat the studio space, staff, and equipment with respect. June Audio is not responsible for lost or damaged files due to client negligence or equipment misuse.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in the event of emergency, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The most recent version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your agreement to the latest version.
